Bull & Bear is now open in DIFC, serving up imaginative cuisine inspired by all-time classics at the recently opened Waldorf Astoria.
Located on the 18th floor of the hotel, inspired by the original restaurant once located at the New York-based hotel, Bull & Bear embodies the energy and elegance of Dubai’s most exclusive postcode, DIFC.
Upon entering the sleek venue, guests are greeted by magnificent bull and bear statues – hand-forged iron-clad sculptures reminiscent of Wall Street. The sophisticated interiors, which use a rich blue, gold and black colour palette, incorporate a mix of timber, metal and leather paired with contemporary furniture. Stunning day to night views of the city complete the striking scene, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the venue.
Victor Chalfoun, General Manager, Waldorf Astoria DIFC, said, “Bull & Bear is open for business and is a breath of fresh air in the city’s bustling financial district. Head Chef Giovanni Paolo Pintore is at the helm of the kitchen, which serves an eclectic menu designed to cater to all taste buds. Coupled with unforgettable service and vibrant interiors, it is our aim for Bull & Bear to become a destination of choice for travellers and Dubai residents alike.”
