If you’ve ever wondered what goes into making butter and what makes French butter that much better than the rest, you might want to consider taking a trip to The Walk, JBR this weekend.
The vibrant beachfront promenade, home to a sea of restaurants and family attractions, is hosting its very own French butter pop-up masterclass led by none other than famed cheesemonger and French dairy aficionado, François Robin.
Located in front of Roxy Cinemas, The Butter Stories pop-up will feature a series of live demonstrations aimed at informing fellow dairy butter lovers of the product’s humble origins, as well as versatile ways to use it. The event, part of CNIEL’s, The French Dairy Board and the European Union, Butter of Europe campaign, will also showcase delish recipe ideas and introduce new flavours that pair well with the classic ingredient such as honey, saffron, mustard, orange, and bee pollen.
For more interesting French butter facts and a day that promises to be fun for all the family, be sure to visit the Butter Stories pop-up on December 10-12 from 10am to midnight.
