Saudi Arabia announces the development of a new Coffee City in Al Baha
Spanning over 5.5 million square kilometres, Coffee City will feature more than 300,000 coffee trees and forms a crucial part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to promote economic diversification and sustainable development through a comprehensive strategic plan.
The Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture is currently inviting investors to submit their bids for the Coffee City project, offering a unique opportunity to be part of this caffeine haven’s creation. Interested businesspersons have until September 9 to submit their proposals for review.
As the city promises to elevate local coffee production, details about the project’s commencement are yet to be disclosed.
