Christmas Eve dinner at the resort is a special treat, with six-course tasting menus at its signature restaurants. At the stunning Beach House, guests can savour Mediterranean dishes with a sophisticated twist, while at Mekong, it’s a journey through Asia’s greatest waterway, offering modern takes on classic Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese flavours.

Christmas Day

Christmas Day kicks off with a relaxed late brunch at Sea Breeze, offering a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a festive spread of turkey, all the trimmings, panettone, stollen, and a Pandoro Christmas tree cake, while little ones have their own mini buffet and a special visit from Santa.

The indulgence continues with a dinner buffet featuring seafood, cheese, charcuterie, sushi, mezze, wagyu, and lamb, topped off with an ice cream station and chocolate fountain. For those who missed out on Christmas Eve’s exclusive tasting menus, Beach House and Mekong offer another chance to savour their exquisite dishes.

New Year’s Eve

At Mekong, delight in a seven-course tasting menu featuring abalone, duck, and wagyu, with the option of a private dinner in a pod suspended over water or a romantic candlelit table on the breezy terrace overlooking the mangroves. For those seeking glamour, the grand gala on the resort’s golden beachfront promises an evening of luxury, with caviar, foie gras, and lobster among the delectable offerings.

Dance the night away to the beats of DJ Saif and Sound, Brent Harris, or relax and enjoy dazzling fire and cabaret performances until the stroke of midnight.
