WAFI Pyramids’ vibrant Spanish restaurant and tapas bar, Seville’s, is launching its Thursday night Latin brunch offering for the cooler, winter months.

Offering an abundant selection of regional specialty dishes created by Chef Mariano Andres and Chef Aleix Font, this 17-year-old Mediterranean hotspot is the ideal place to wind down by the outdoor fire pit after a long week.

Launching on Thursday 8 November, Seville’s Latin brunch will feature authentic Spanish tapas alongside a barbecue and numerous live cooking stations. A stand-out feature of the evening, and one not to be missed, is the huge 1.6 metre paella simmering on the terrace’s fire pit – so be sure to grab a plate and dive into this delectable Spanish delicacy before it’s gone!

On the BBQ, guests can expect lamb leg, beef short ribs, beef brisket, marinated chicken and mixed meat skewers. In addition, a selection of ceviche will be on offer, plus various tapas dishes including patatas bravas, croqueta pollo, croqueta queso, calamari and more!

Dance the night away with Seville’s resident Latin DJ, DJ Adrian La Bomba, playing a mix of international and Latin dance tunes. Spain’s Got Talent winner Luis Malabara – an eccentric juggler and fire performer, has also been confirmed. Each week, guest performers will put on a show for diners, including Latin singers, fire performers and saxophonists.

Details: The brunch launches on Thursday 8th November, and will run every Thursday from 8pm until midnight. Packages start from AED 250. To book, call 04 324 4777 or email fnb.sales@wafi.com
