Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp houmous
  • handful of olives
  • 1 sliced wholemeal pitta
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped baby fennel bulb
  • 2-3 ready-made stuffed vine leaves
  • 4 tbsp tabbouleh

Method

  1. Put 2 tbsp houmous in a compartment in a bento box. Fill the other sections with other meze ingredients – we used a handful of olives, 1 sliced wholemeal pitta, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped baby fennel bulb, 2-3 ready-made stuffed vine leaves and 4 tbsp tabbouleh.
