Ketchup shortcut
Ketchup is a brilliant shortcut ingredient for Chinese-style sauces as it’s sweet, sour and salty all at the same time.

Method

  2. Put the chops on a non-stick baking tray and grill for 10 mins, turning and basting with any leftover sauce, until cooked through. 3 Heat a large frying pan and stir-fry the bok choi with a splash more soy sauce for about 2 mins until
